Websites and Blog Posts

Below is a compilation of resources, both websites and blog posts, which we have found to be helpful. If you are looking for resources specifically for bereaved fathers, please visit here.

PLEASE NOTE: While we hope that the links below are helpful to you, the fact that a certain website is contained in this list does not in any way signify our endorsement, as some websites may take positions in opposition to the teachings of the Catholic Church, or may display information that we feel is inappropriate. If you have any questions or concerns about the websites contained in this list, please contact us.

  • Lost Innocents: We received permission to use much of LI’s information for our own website. LI provides “practical help for miscarriage from an Orthodox Christian perspective.”
  • Babies Remembered: Offering “grieving, healing, and helping needs all in one place.”
  • Elizabeth Ministry: “Support for women and their families during the joys, challenges and sorrows of the childbearing years.”
  • Hannah’s Tears offers “prayer support and comfort to the brokenhearted who suffer […] miscarriage, stillbirth, [and] the loss of a child.”
  • Contemplative Heart Press: Links to buy their book (Nursery of Heaven) about pregnancy and infant loss in the lives of the Saints and today’s parents, as well as a free download of a letter from a miscarried baby to his or her parents, and a link to purchase the book’s beautiful cover art.
